Time and temperature

Another marathon slog for the rain god as we experienced another 18 hours of pretty constant rain, at least the main of it was on Sunday so it didn’t interrupt work, and it made the Sunday lunch at Steve and Dorotas that much more enjoyable as we tucked into leg number three of eight from our spring lambs (ok four legs and four shoulders for the butchers our there) Delicious!

The rain has stopped this morning, but the wind is still biting and the 5-day forecast shows the possibility of frost later in the week, so we must push on with the last wall and try and get it done today in the hope it sets enough not to be effected by the frost, when it arrives.

Lots of mushrooms, but that’s another post.
